Shipping and delivery
Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka and its possible Partners accept orders with delivery exclusively within the Italian territory, including the islands, with the exception of San Marino, Vatican City, Livigno and Campione d’Italia. The goods shall be shipped within the maximum time that may be indicated in the terms and conditions of the offer and, in the case of time offers (flash-deal), may run from the end of the offer.
The goods are dispatched within the time specified in the order confirmation. Delivery times may also be indicated before concluding the purchase procedure in the shopping cart summary or on the product page. This information is indicative and does not represent a certain date, as it is not always possible to foresee possible delays due to the courier responsible for delivery to the Customer.
In any case Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka, unless otherwise specified on the product sheet, undertakes to deliver the goods within 10 working days from the date of the order and on average deliveries take place within 48/72 working hours throughout Italy with the exception of the islands where average delivery times are over 72 working hours. In the remote event that the goods become unavailable for any reason after receipt of the order, a refund of any payment received will be issued, at no cost to the User.
The User may be informed by email when the product is shipped by Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka, whether it is a Direct Sale or an Intermediate Sale, in the latter case when the Partner informs Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka of the shipment. The User will be notified, if available, of the name of the courier and the tracking code of the shipment (Waybill or “Tracking”), through which it will be possible to follow its status. This information, if available, will also be visible within the User Account. Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka cannot guarantee that several products purchased at the same time will be delivered in a single shipment, nor that any different shipments will arrive at their destination at the same time. Indeed, offers may refer to products supplied by different partners and/or may not come from a single centralised warehouse. It is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery date or time as this depends on the courier company, the destination address and the delivery party. Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka cannot therefore be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from these timings.
Unless otherwise specified during the purchasing process, delivery of the ordered goods is at street level.
In the case of shipment of bicycles or potentially fragile goods, Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka uses packaging designed to guarantee the integrity of the product. In any case, upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the User shall check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or in any case altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or strapping) or that there is no leakage of liquids. Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product must be immediately notified by the User, placing a written control reservation (and specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g. “Punctured packaging”, “crushed packaging”, etc.) on the courier’s delivery document. Once this document has been signed, the User may no longer make any objection regarding the characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery by sending an email to: info@vellutocosmetici.com or to the Partner’s email address, if any, indicated in the order confirmation and within the User Account. In the event of non-delivery of the goods within the indicated time, the User shall notify Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka, who will check with the Partner and/or directly with the courier, the status of the shipment and any anomaly.
Following a shipment anomaly (e.g. a package lost or destroyed during transport), Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka will, in the case of a Direct Sale or, in the case of a Direct Sale in drop shipping mode or an Intermediate Sale, request a new shipment of the product, subject to availability of the product in the warehouse or at the Partner’s premises, without any additional cost or expense to you, or, in the case of a Direct Sale, to reimburse you in full for the order or to arrange for the Partner (directly or through Paez Guerrero di Eliana Franyezka ) to reimburse you in the case of an Intermediate Sale.
